摘　　要：主要介绍了功能性糖类的功能以及其在水产养殖中的应用。功能性多糖和寡糖安全、高效、无毒、成本低,是两种重要的免疫增强剂。它们能够促进生长,增强生物细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,提高水产动物的防御能力并减少抗生素等化学药物带来的负面影响。随着功能性多糖和寡糖研究的不断深入,其在水产养殖业中更具有重要的意义和广泛的应用前景。The purpose of this paper is to introduce the functions and applications of functional saccharide in aquaculture. Functional polysaccharide and oligosaccharide are two important immunostimulants, which are safety, extraordinary efficiency, low cost. They can enhance cellular and humoral immunofuctions, especially non--specific immune mechanisms, to stimulate phagocyte and related enzy- matic activity, associating with increasing the protection against infections disease and reducing by-- effect chemical medications. With the study of functional polysaccharide and oligosaccharide in--depth, there will be important significance and extensive applied prospects in aquaculture.
