摘 要:通过机械剪切破碎法制备再生硅橡胶,并将其掺入硅橡胶中制备再生硅橡胶/硅橡胶共混物。研究了再生硅橡胶的含量、硫化剂DBPMH和沉淀白炭黑用量对共混物硫化特性和力学性能的影响,采用FTIR、DMA和SEM分析对共混物和硅橡胶进行表征。结果表明,随着共混物中再生硅橡胶含量的增加,共混物的硫化速度变慢,力学性能降低,当再生硅橡胶含量为46.9%时,共混物的综合力学性能较好。当硫化剂DBPMH用量为0.5份,且沉淀白炭黑用量为15份时,共混物具有良好的力学性能。FTIR分析表明,机械剪切破碎法没有引起再生硅橡胶化学性质的变化。DMA分析表明,共混物的玻璃化转变温度和硅橡胶接近,但tan6峰值下降。SEM分析表明,共混物的填料分散均匀性介于硅橡胶和再生胶之间。Recycled silicone rubber was prepared by mechanical shearing, which was added into MVQ rubber to prepare recycled silicone rubber/MVQ blends. The effect of recycled silicone rubber content, curing agent DBPMH and the precipitated silica content on the curing behavior and mechanical properties of the blends had been investigated. The blends and MVQ rubber were characterized by FTIR, DMA and SE analysis. The results showed that the curing speed of the blends becomes slower and the mechanical properties of the blends decrease with the increasing of recycled silicone rubber content. When recycled silicone rubber content is 46.9%, DBPMH content was 0.5 phr, and precipitated silica content is 15 phr, the blends show better mechanical properties. FTIR analysis showed that the chemical character of recycled silicone rubber doesn't cause any change by mechanical shearing. DMA analysis showed that the glass transition temperature of the blends and MVQ rubber is similar, but tan 5 peak of the blends declines. SEM analysis showed that filler dispersion of the blends is between the MVQ rubber and recycled silicone rubber.
