摘　　要：冷却干燥设备在油料加工企业中有着广泛的应用,是预榨饼冷却的重要设施,在预处理生产中越来越受到重视。通过分析预榨饼的几种冷却方法,从原理和设备构造上进行比较,为预榨饼冷却工艺设计和设备选型提供参考。Abstract： Cooling ~ drying equipment has extensive application in oil processing enterprises. It＇s very important in pre-pressed cake cooling and has attached more and more attention in pre- treatment application. Several cooling methods of pre-pressed cake were analysed. Comparison was made in the principle and equipment construction, offering references to technic design of pre-pressed cake andequipment type selection.
