摘 要:随着低渗透、特低渗透等低品位油气储量的开发动用,尤其是进入21世纪以来,美国的页岩气革命和致密油大突破,传统意义上的储层改造技术由采油过程中的一项附属工艺,发展成为一个与物探、钻井同等重要的、独立的系统工程。在此形势下,中国石油的储层改造理念发生了明显的变化:由以往的附属工艺发展为独立的系统工程;由"平面改造"转变为"体积改造";由从属地位转变为主体地位。中国石油储层改造技术取得了很大的进步:不断降低储层动用下限,大量资源转化成为可采储量;不断提升单井产量,使产能建设顺利实施;不断提升单井可采储量,创造了可观的经济效益。文中对推进中国石油储层改造技术进步提出建议,认为应抓住当前大力开发非常规油气资源的有利时机,制定统一发展战略,整合科技资源,提升施工作业水平和能力,遏制人才流失,自主研发装备、工具、材料。As low-permeability and super-low permeability oil and gas reserves are brought under development and the United States makes breakthroughs in shale gas and tight oil in the 21st century, the traditional reservoir transformation technology has developed into an independent systematic engineering from a technique appended to oil production as important as the geophysical and drilling technologies. A remarkable change takes place in the reservoir reconstruction conception of PetroChina under such situation, from an appended process to an independent engineering system, from 'plane reconstruction' to 'volume reconstruction' and from an auxiliary position to the backbone position. Great progress has been made in PetroChina’s reservoir reconstruction technology, lowering the limitations on producing reserves. A large amount of reserves turn into recoverable reserves with the single-well production continuing to rise. As a result, productivity is constructed smoothly while the single-well reserves is boosted continually, creating considerable economic performance. This paper makes suggestions on PetroChina’s reservoir reconstruction technology, calling for great efforts to take advantage of the current favorable opportunity for development of non-conventional oil and gas resources. It is necessary to formulate the unified development strategy, integrated inter-disciplinary technologies, boost operational level and capability, prevent loss of talents and independently develop equipment, tools and materials.
