促进宁波进口贸易发展的思考

摘　　要：多年来,宁波依托港口优势,积极推进对外贸易,但是始终没有摆脱"以出口为主"的传统观念,离实现对外贸易的平衡发展还有较大的距离。文章结合2005年至2012年进口贸易发展数据,分析了宁波进口贸易的现状以及存在的主要问题,并且提出了深化进口贸易战略、优化进口商品结构、推动进口渠道的多样化、进口贸易方式多元化等促进进口贸易发展的对策。Despite its efforts to make use of the advantages of the port to promote foreign trade, Ningbo has not yet shaken off the traditional ＂export-oriented＂ concept and it is still a long way for a balanced development of foreign trade. With an analysis of the data of imports between 2005 and 2012, this paper reviews the current situation of Ningbo import trade and the major problems. And on this ground, it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems： to deepen the implement of import trade strategy, to optimize the structure of imported commodities, to broaden the import channels and to promote the diversification of import trade.
