摘　　要：由于受到社会经济环境、社会认可度、人才培养模式、就业观念等因素的影响,独立学院毕业生的就业形势不容乐观,必须引起各方的高度重视。政府应加大支持独立学院发展的政策力度,规范独立学院办学,确保人才培养质量。独立学院自身应创新人才培养模式,完善就业服务体系。毕业生本人应结合实际情况,树立理性的就业观念。Due to the social and economic environment, social acceptance, the mode of personnel training, employment and other factors, independent college graduates employment situation is not optimistic, and has given rise to great concern and attention. The government should increase the support for the development of independent colleges, standardize independent college education, and guarantee the quality of talent cultivation independent colleges should innovate in personnel trainin mode, and improve the employment service system. Graduates themselves should, based on the actual situation, set up the reasonable employment conception.
