摘 要:从超声复反射系数与介质粘度的基本关系出发,引入考虑液体粘弹性的完整模型和仅考虑粘性的简化模型,推导了粘度计算公式。建立一套超声多次回波反射测量装置和循环温控系统,由超声横波换能器测得了几种硅油中的多次回波信号,对所测信号进行处理,获得硅油在两种模型下的粘度,并分析其粘度随温度的变化关系,结果与SNB-1型旋转式粘度计测量值作对比,均很好地反映了样品粘度随温度的变化关系,同时完整模型结果与其更加接近。最后分析了超声横波反射法用于液体粘度在线实时测量的可行性。In the light of the basic relationship between the ultrasonic complex reflection coefficient and the viscosity of the media, an in- troduction is given on a complete model considering the viscoelasticity of the liquid and a simplified model only considering the viscosity, and the corresponding formula is deduced for the computation of the viscosity of silicon oil in the two models. A set of measurement devices of multiple reflections of ultrasonic waves and a circulation temperature control system were established. The multiple - reflection signals in silicon oil were ob- tained and processed by an ultrasonic shear wave transducer. The viscosity of the silicon oil with the temperature changes was measured and ana- lyzed by a set of temperature regulation and thermostatic device in these two different models. The results were compared with those measured by the rotational viscometer ( SNB - 1 ), and the relation of the viscosity with the temperature changes was well revealed. The results of the complete model approach the values of the rotational viscometer. The feasibility of the ultrasonic shear wave reflection method was analyzed for the on - line and real time measurements of liquid viscosity.
