摘 要:目的水通道蛋白2(AQP2)在机体水液代谢过程中具有重要的作用。方法收集支气管哮喘急性发作23例及正常人群对照组23例,应用ELISA方法检测AQP2蛋白含量的变化。结果支气管哮喘急性发作患者尿液AQP2表达显著高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论支气管哮喘急性发作患者尿液AQP2表达显著增加,提示在哮喘发病过程中,可能存在AQP2参与的水液代谢异常。Objective The aquaporin (AQP) water channel plays an important role in the regulation of water. AQP2 is expressed in the collection duct of the kidney, serving as the final channel that helps to regulate water excretion in the kidneys and affecting the regula- tion of water. So far,there were no clinical data on aquaporin expression in athma. The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of urine aquaporin-2 expression in exacerbation of athma. Methods: The study comprised 23 Athma patients and 23 control subjects. The amount of urinary AQP2 was measured by ELISA. Results : The expression of aquaporin-2 in urine was significantly higher in exacerbation of ath- ma than in normal group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The expression of aquaporin - 2 in urine is higher in exacerbation of athma.
