摘 要:目的探讨薄层CT重建引导下经皮穿刺肺部病变活检技术的价值。方法应用5 mm常规肺部扫描,1.5 mm薄层CT重建技术行CT引导下经皮穿刺肺内病灶活检,对采集标本行细胞学或病理学检查,术后行CT扫描明确是否有气胸、出血等并发症。结果 75例肺部病变全部穿刺成功,取得足够病理组织。75例中发生气胸8例(10.67%);肺组织出血12例(16%),其中少量血胸2例;10例(13.33%)穿刺过程中或穿刺后有咯血、咳嗽。结论薄层CT重建引导下经皮穿刺肺部病变活检术能增加活检成功率,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the value of thin slice reconstruction technique in CT-guided pereutaneous lung biopsy. Methods CT-Guided percutaneous lung biopsy was performed by 5ram lung CT scan and 1.5ram thin slice reconstruction technique. Postoperative pneumothorax, bleeding or other complications were recorded by CT plain scan, and cytological or/and pathological data were acquired after biopsy. Results Biopsy in all 75 cases of pulmonary lesions was successfully performed and adequate pathological tis- sue was acquired. Postoperative complications included 8 cases of pneumothorax ( 10. 67% ), and 12 cases of lung hemorrhage ( 16% ) , of which 2 cases of small amounts of hemothorax and 10 cases of hemoptysis or cough after percutaneous puncture. Conclusion Thin slice reconstruction of CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of lung lesions can improve the successful rate and reduce complications.
