摘　　要：目的:调查分析我院儿科门诊处方用药的基本情况和处方中存在的问题,以提高处方质量和合理用药水平。方法:从我院儿科门诊2011年度每个月份处方中随机抽取一天的处方,分析基本用药情况、抗菌药物使用情况及不合理处方情况。结果:共抽取处方4 569张,其中平均每张处方用药品种数为2.07,抗菌药物处方比例为29.51%,注射剂处方比例为19.67%,平均处方金额为62.17元。结论:该院儿科门诊处方用药基本合理,但抗菌药物处方比例偏高,需加强管理以促进抗菌药物合理使用。Objective： To investigate the basic situation of pediatric prescription drugs and the problems existing in the prescription, promote rational drug use, and improve the quality of file prescription patterns. Methods： Pediatric outpatient prescriptions of any day in each month were randomly selected in 2011. The basic situation of drug use, the use of antibacterial agents and unreasonable prescriptions were analyzed. Results： Four thousand and five hundred sixty-nine prescriptions were extracted. The average number of drugs in each prescription was 2.07. The percentage of prescriptions for antibacterial drugs was 29.51%, and for injections was 19. 67%. The average cost of each prescription was 62.17 yuan. Conclusions： The drug use of our pediatrics is reasonable, but the percentage of prescriptions for antibacterial drugs is on the high side. Management should be strengthened to promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs.
