摘　　要：本文通过对我国危险废物产生现状、发展趋势、行业及地区分布特点的分析,重点阐述了目前我国危险废物源头管理存在的问题。在此基础上,结合我国危险废物监管的实际及管理要求,从加强危险废物基础数据调查、推动产业结构调整、加强危险废物监管体系建设以及开展危险废物规范化管理等方面提出我国危险废物源头管理的对策建议,为"十二五"期间我国危险废物管理提供了管理的依据。The paper took analyses on generation state, development tendency, industry and geographic distribution of hazardous wastes in China, and highlighted the exist problems on generation sources management currently. At last, combined with the demand of practical management, the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed which, including strengthen investigation on the generation data of hazardous wastes, promote the adjustment of industrial structure, establish the monitoring and supervising system and execute the hazardous wastes standard management, which may provided the references for hazardous wastes management during ＂the twelfth-fifth plan＂.
