摘　　要：当今就业形势异常严峻,大学生就业问题的社会关注度也日趋提高,这就要求高校的教学模式应进行相应的改革。旨在通过对大学生就业现状的分析,提出开发高校职业技能训练,从而提升大学生就业竞争力。The serious employment for graduates has attracted much more attention gradually, which requires the reform of teaching mode, teaching ideas accordingly. This paper analyzed the employment of college students and put forward some sug- gestions to develop the occupational skill training in order to enhance the competitiveness of college students.
