脑室腹腔分流术治疗儿童脑积水38例临床分析

摘　　要：探讨脑室腹腔分流术(ventriculoperitoneal shunt,VPS)治疗儿童脑积水的临床疗效。回顾性分析莆田学院附属医院神经外科2006年12月至2012年12月采用VPS手术治疗的38例儿童脑积水患者的病例资料。结果,本组病例均手术顺利,术后恢复良好,住院期间无感染及分流管堵塞。随访35例,随访时间3月～6年,症状明显好转32例(占91.4%)。结果表明,VPS是治疗儿童脑积水的有效方法。The clinical effects of VPS on the treatment to hydrocephalus in children are explored.38 cases of hydrocephalus in children treated by VPS between December 2006 and December 2012 in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University are retrospectively analyzed.All the cases underwent successful surgerys and got access to uneventful recovery with no infection and blockage of shunt valve during hospitalization.There are follow-up investigations of 35 cases,with the investigation period fluctuating from three months to six years,32 cases of whose condition improved markedly.The results show that VPS is an effective treatment to hydrocephalus in children.
