摘　　要：随着近年来人们物质生活水平和防骗意识的提高,传统的诈骗方式已不能满足犯罪分子非法大量攫取财物的需求,于是不法分子开始利用手机、网络等新型工具进行虚假信息诈骗。这些新型诈骗方式有着它们自身的特点,同时这些特点也带来了预防、打击诈骗困难的问题。文章对虚假信息诈骗难点问题进行探究,并提出相应的对策。As people＇s daily life and people＇s sense of anti-cheating improve, cheating criminals can no longer seize large amounts of treasure or money illegally by the traditional cheating styles. The criminals have turned to fake information cheating via mobiles or the internet. The types of fake information cheating are described. The distinction between fake information cheating and other types of cheating is revealed along with the difficulties in combating fake information cheating. Countermeasures against fake information cheating are proposed
