摘　　要：人类社会的学习是社会性的实践和创造活动,自觉地有计划建立学习型组织,人类社会将更高更快地健康发展。学习型农村建设,一要激发村民自我超越,促进农村跨越发展,二要引导村民更新观念,促成农村观念变革,三要组织村民规划愿景,打造新农村共同体,四要通过团队学习凝聚智慧,激发农村创新活力,五要学会宏观考量系统思考,新型农民全面发展。Learning in our human society is social practice and creative activities,human society will develop higher and faster if we planned to establish study-type organization consciously.The construction of study-type countryside,firstly it should stimulate the villagers' self transcendence,to promote rural development,secondly it should lead the villagers to update the concept,to promote rural idea change,thirdly it should organize the villagers' planning vision,to create new rural community,fourthly it should gather team learning wisdom to stimulate the rural innovation vitality,fifthly we should learn macro considerations of system thinking to overall develop new farmers.
