摘 要:介绍了一种快速锻造液压机结构特点。建立了关键零件力学模型,并采用大型三维有限元分析软件I-DEAS对其进行模拟。通过对不同结构型式梁的应力、应变场的分析,预测出锻造过程中关键件的应力状态及其变形趋势。经过比较、优化主要零部件的结构,确定其在最佳强度和刚度下的几何尺寸,使材料得到合理分配,充分发挥出所用材料的潜力。The structural characteristics of a kind of fast forging hydraulic press have been mainly inroduced in the texl as well as the estalblishment of mechanical model of key parts. The simulation has been eonducte.d by use of the large three-D finite element analysis software Ⅰ-DEAS. As per the analysis of slress and strain fiehls of beam in different slrutctures, the stress status and its deformation trend of the key parts during forging process have been predieled. The stnlcture of key parts has been optimized via comparison. The geomelrie size under optimum strength aIHI rigidily has been deter,nined. The material has been distributed properly and nmde full use.
