摘 要:萝卜雄性不育系在萝卜新品种选育过程中伴演着重要角色,由于萝卜雄性不育遗传机制的复杂性及试验材料差异,研究结果不完全一致。为揭示萝卜雄性不育的机理,以早秋萝卜不育系12-A及其保持系为材料,对其花药形态及花粉败育时期进行观察和研究。研究结果表明,盛花期早秋萝卜不育系12-A花药开始褐化、卷曲、皱缩,而其保持性的花药正常;切片结果显示,萝卜不育系12-A花药药室结构在四分体时期开始出现异常,分析认为此异常情况是由不育系中花药药室壁结构崩解造成。Male sterile lines have great contributions to radish breeding, but research results were not completely consistent because of the complexity of male sterile genetic mechanisms and material variances in radish. In the paper, we took male sterile line 12-A from early autumn radish and its maintainer line as materials, and observed and studied the anther morphology and abortion stage of pollen, to reveal the mechanism of radish male sterility. The results showed that the anther of 12-A became browning, wrinkle and curly at full-bloom stage, while the counterpart of its maintainer line was still normal. The further research results showed that anther cell structure of 12-A became abnormal at the tetrad stage due to the disintegration of anther cell wall at the early stage.
