金福菇菌糠栽培鸡腿菇配方筛选试验

摘　　要：用金福菇菌糠作为鸡腿菇的主要栽培基质,以菌丝生长速度、产量和生物转化率为指标,设计5种不同培养基配方进行试验。筛选出供试鸡腿菇菌株的最优培养基配方为:68%金福菇菌糠、20%棉籽皮、10%麸皮、2%石灰;另外,以金福菇菌糠作为鸡腿菇栽培的主要基质,还能降低生产成本,提高经济效益。In the paper, we used the residue of Tdcholoma lobayense Helm as the main nourishing material to cultivate Coprinus comatus, and designed a total of five different formulas by taking the mycelium growth rate, yield and biological efficiency as indexes to screen out the suitable cultivation formula for C. comatus. The results showed that the optimal formula was 68% residue of T. lobayense Heim, 20% cotton seed skin, 10% bran and 2% lime. In addition, the production cost was reduced and the economic benefit was increased while the residue of T. lobayense Helm was taken as the main cultivation substrate of C. comatus.
