布地奈德/福莫特罗在改善急性发作期哮喘患儿肺功能和临床症状中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察布地奈德/福莫特罗(信必可都宝)改善急性发作期哮喘患儿的肺功能以及症状中的疗效。方法选择年龄大于6岁、符合哮喘急性发作期患儿40例,吸入布地奈德/福莫特罗2吸后分别于5、20、35 min作基础肺功能检查,观察肺部听诊哮鸣音改善效果。结果所有患儿在吸入布地奈德/福莫特罗后35 min内肺功能得到明显好转,支气管舒张试验呈阳性,肺部哮鸣音减少,其中28例患儿在吸入布地奈德/福莫特罗后5 min内起效,另12例患儿在吸入后20 min内起效,其肺功能均得到改善,支气管舒张试验呈阳性。结论布地奈德/福莫特罗能快速缓解急性发作期哮喘患儿肺功能和临床症状,与病情轻重、吸入有效剂量有关。Objective To further analyze the effect of budesonide/formoterol as a long-term preventive medicine for bron- chial asthma, so as to improve the lung function and symptoms of acute exacerbation of asthma in children. Methods 40 cases of over 6-year-old children with acute asthma attacks were included in the study, all of whom inhaled two suction of budes- onide/formoterol and were diagnosed by basic pulmonary function test at 5th, 20th, and 35th minute respectively. The im- proved effect of wheeze was observed by lung auscultation. Results The results demonstrated that all childrenlung function was significantly improved within 35 minutes after they inhaled budesonide/formoterol. Their bronchial dilation test was positive and the lung wheeze was reduced. The drug took effect in 28 cases within 5 minutes and in another 12 cases within 20 minutes. The lung function was improved and the bronchial dilation tests turned out positive. Conclusion The results suggest that budesonide/formoterol can quickly improve the lung function and relieve clinical symptoms of the acute exacerbation of asthma in children. The effectiveness is related with the severitv of the disease and the dose effectivelv inhaled.
