科技奥运的实证解读——以奥运技术相关专利为例

摘　　要：专利是衡量科技水平与科技创新的一个重要指标。以美国科学情报所(ISI)的德温特专利数据库为数据源,获得了1975—2010年间奥运会主题专利文献数据。利用一般统计、共现分析法,并借助处于国际主流社会网络分析可视化软件Pajek,对专利数量的年度变化、受理奥运专利申请的主要知识产权机构及其受理数量、专利权人、热点技术领域及其演进进行了分析,归纳总结出奥运专利的现状以及科技奥运的发展特征,并提出进一步研究的方向。The patent is an important indicator to measure the technological level and technological innovation, Based on the Derwent patent database in U. S ,Institute for Scientific Information（ISI） ,patent documents related to the Olympic Games in 1975--2010 ,Using general statistics ,the co-occurrence analysis and visualization software Pajek,the paper analyzed the annual change in the numbers of patents, patent applications accepted, Olympic intellectual property rights institutions, the patentee and the evolution of the hot technology, summarized the status and characteristics of the Olympic Games patents and the development of science and technology and pointed out the direction of further research.
