我国中小学校体育场馆变化趋势与成因分析

摘　　要：运用数理统计法对全国教育事业统计公报中2004—2010年全国中小学学校体育场馆的数据,就面积达标学校的比例和不同学校人均学生体育场馆面积等指标进行统计,结合相关文献资料和专家访谈结果,对统计结果进行逻辑分析,得出近些年我国中小学学校体育场馆面积达标学校比例不断增加而场馆学生人均面积不断减少的似乎矛盾却并不矛盾的现象。导致此现象的原因主要是"撤点并校"、升学体制和政策落实不到位三点。针对此原因提出了相应的建议。By the methods of mathematical statistics, this paper studies the national school sports stadia and Gyms data in national education statistical bulletin in 2004 to 2010, and the proportion of schools which reached standard and per capita area in different schools. Then, combined with relevant literatures and expert interview, it analyzes the results logically and reveals that it seemed contradictory but in fact it did not. The proportion was increasing and per capita area was decreasing. The first main reason of this phenomenon is the policy which removes some teaching spots and combines some schools. Other reasons are school entrance System and the policies not put into effect completely. At the end, it gives some corre- sponding proposals on these reasons.
