摘　　要：承运货物毁损、灭失的原因包括承运人自身的过错,托运人、收货人的过错,货物本身的自然性质或者合理损耗以及不可抗力等,对承运货物毁损、灭失,由于致使原因不同,承运人可能承担刑事责任、民事责任,也有可能不承担损害赔偿货物毁损或货物灭失责任。The reasons of carrying goods damage or loss include the carrier ＇s own fault, the fault of the shipper, consignee, the natu-ral nature of the goods themselves or reasonable wear and tear as well as force majeure. As for the cartage of cargo damage or loss, the carrier may bear cariminal responsibility, civil liability, there may not be liable for damages.
