摘 要:"推拉理论"是研究农村劳动力流动的重要理论,但学者多用它分析农村劳动力流向经济发达地区,甚少研究从经济发达地区回流或流向其他地区造成的劳动力短缺问题,而后者必然因此影响到发达地区经济的可持续发展和健康运行。通过运用"推拉理论"构建的"反推拉模型"分析发现,珠三角农民工短缺系该地区产生的反向推力,其他区域经济发展存在的异向拉力、农村及附近地区经济发展产生的反向拉力与新生代农民工主体因素综合作用的结果。加强社会管理创新机制改革,逐步减少对普工的过度依赖以及增强对农民工的正向拉力,才能有效解决短缺问题。"Push-pull theory" remains a vital theory of rural labor flow. However, it was employed to analyze rural labor' s immigration to developed areas and rarely borrowed for the research on labor shortage of reverse flow, which definitely affected sustainable and sound development in developed regions. The paper, through building "anti-push-pull model" via "push-pull theory", revealed the shortage of the Pearl River Delta is caused by the comprehensive result, such progress of other regions, back pull tension as reverse push in the delta, the various tensions from neighbor areas progress, and subjective factors tion farmers.
