摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在白内障围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法:将180例白内障患者随机分为对照组和路径组每组90例,对照组采用常规方法护理,路径组实施临床护理路径。结果:路径组的健康知识评分和护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.01),术后住院天数、住院费用及并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对白内障围手术期患者实施临床护理路径,有利于缩短住院天数,降低住院费用,减少并发症,同时提高患者对健康教育知识的掌握程度和对护理工作的满意度。Objective：To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway to patients with cataract in the pefioperative period. Metheds：180 patients with cataract were randomly divided into pathway group and control group with 90 cases in each group,patients in the pathway group received nursing according to the clinical pathway. While the control group received traditional treatment and care. Results ： Health knowledge score and nursing service satisfaction of pathway group were higher than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ,postoperative hospital stay,cost of hospitalization and incidence rate of complications was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions：Application of dinical nursing pathway to perioperative patients with cataracta is useful for shortening the du- ration of hospitalization,reduce the hospital cost and complication incidence,at the same time elevat the effects of healthy education and patients＇ satisfaction.
