赛肤润联合水胶体敷料治疗化疗性静脉炎的效果观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨赛肤润联合水胶体敷料治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效。方法:将168例化疗药物所致静脉炎的患者随机分为观察组81例和对照组87例,对照组常规采用33%硫酸镁湿敷,观察组采用赛肤润联合水胶体敷料治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及平均起效时间。结果:观察组患者的疗效优于对照组,平均起效时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用赛肤润联合水胶体敷料治疗化疗性静脉炎具有更强、更快的消肿、止痛、解痉、软化血管等药理作用,操作简便,安全可靠。Objective： To investigate the effect of the Sanyrene and hydrocolloid dressing on chemotherapeutic phlebitis. Methods： 160 patients of chemother- apeutic phlebitis were randomly divided into experiment group （n =81 ）and contrast group （n =87）. The Sanyrene and hydrecolloid dressing were used in the experiment group and magnesium sulfate was used in the contrast group. Results： The effect of observation group was better than the control group, the av- eraga onset time was earlier than the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Sanyrene combine hydrocolloid dressing have strong effect of relieving swelling, stopping pain ,antispasmodic Therapy and softening blood vessels. The operation is simply,safety and reliability.
