摘　　要：目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声联合无水酒精注射治疗子宫肌瘤的护理措施。方法:2011年10月～2012年7月我科应用高强度聚焦超声联合无水酒精注射治疗子宫肌瘤患者59例,高强度聚焦超声治疗前先在超声引导下肌瘤内注射无水酒精,针对患者两项治疗前后的不同情况给予相应的处置。结果:高强度聚焦超声联合无水酒精注射治疗总有效率达到100%。全部患者均有不同程度的痛感,阴道有血性分泌物者14例,发热1例,醉酒症状2例。结论:高强度聚焦超声联合无水酒精注射由于可以减少治疗时间,降低治疗时照射剂量,增强治疗效果,将是今后子宫肌瘤治疗上一个值得探讨和应用的方向。Objective：To study the nursing measures on high intensity focused ultrasound combined with anhydrous alcohol injection for the treatment of u- terine flbroids. Methods：We used high intensity focused ultrasound combined with anhydrous alcohol injection in the treatmant of 59 cases of patients with u- terine fibroids from October 2011 to July 2012, high intensity focused ultrasound therapy before ultrasound - guided injection of anhydrous alcohol in uterine fibroids, for patients before and after treatment with two different situations appropriate disposal. Results： High intensity focused ultrasound combined with an- hydrous alcohol injection in the treatment of effective rate reached 100%. All patients had different degree of pain,vaginal bloody secretion in 14 cases,1 case of fever,2 cases with symptoms of intoxication. Conclusion：High intensity focused ultrasound combined with ethanol injection due to reduced treatment time, reducing irradiation dose, enhanced therapeutic effect,uterine fibroids treatment will be the future direction a matter of discussion and application on.
