综合心理护理干预在外伤性损伤精神后遗症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合心理护理干预在外伤性损伤精神后遗症患者中的应用效果。方法:采用方便抽样方法选择外伤性损伤精神后遗症患者62例,在入院第2 d进行心理护理为主的综合护理干预,并在第2 d和干预后2周通过SCL-90症状自评量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及日常生活能力量表(ADL),对患者进行测试与评定。结果:患者在综合心理护理干预后SCL-90症状自评量表在总分、SAS评分、SDS评分低于干预前(P<0.05),ADL评分高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:综合心理护理干预能明显降低外伤性损伤精神后遗症的症状,提高日常生活能力。Objective： To explore the application effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in patients with traumatic injury sequelae in spir- it. Methods：The convenient sampling method choice of 62 patients with traumatic injury spirit sequela,the second days in the hospital as psychological nurs- ing comprehensive nursing intervention ,and in the second days and two weeks after the intervention by the rating scale ,anxiety symptoms since rating scale （SAS） ,depression self rating scale （SDS） ,and daily life ability scale （ADL） ,the patients test and evaluation. Results：After the psychological intervention symptoms in total, total rating scale for another, positive project number, another positive symptoms and he factor score difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Used self - rating anxiety scale （SAS） ,self - rating depression scale （SDS） ,compared with before reduced significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and daily living skills scale （ADL） obviously improved（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can obviously reduce the symptoms of traumatic injury spirit sequela, improve the ability of daily life.
