摘　　要：目的:探讨认知行为疗法对抑郁障碍患者康复效果的影响。方法:将64例符合国际疾病分类第10版精神和行为障碍分类中关于抑郁障碍诊断标准的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各32例,两组同时服用帕罗西汀20 mg,早餐后顿服,并给予常规护理;试验组增加系统的认知行为治疗。治疗6周后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定两组患者的疗效,同时调查治疗依从性,于6个月随访时调查两组患者的复发率。结果:治疗6周后试验组患者的疗效及治疗依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。6个月随访时,试验组有1例患者症状复发,复发率3.13%;而对照组有8例患者症状复发,复发率25.00%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为疗法对抑郁障碍患者的康复效果显著,可在临床上推广试用。Objective：To study the effect of cognitive behavior therapy on rehabilitation of patiems with depression. Methods：64 patients with the internation- al classification of diseases,Tenth Edition of mental and behavioral disorders classification on depressive disorder diagnostic criteria were divided into experi- mental group and the control group with 32 cases in each group,the two groups rooking Pa Rossi Dean 20 mg,after breakfast service,and was given routine nursing;experimental group increased system cognitive behavior therapy. Treatment for 6 weeks ,with Hamilton Depre.~sion Scale （HAMD） assessment two groups after 6 weeks of treatment efficacy, and evaluation 6 weeks after the compliance and 6 months follow - up recurrence rate. Results ：The sixth weekend of two patients in comparison with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. The sixth weekend in two groups of patients compliance compared with statistical sig- nificance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 6 months follow - up, the test group of 1 patients symptom relapse, recurrence rate was 3.13 % ,while the control group 8 cases of symptomatic relapse,recurrence rate of 25.00%, comparison of the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Cognitive behavioral therapy for depressive disorder rehabilitation effect, can be used in clinic.
