摘　　要：目的:分析NICU及产科病房用畸变产物耳声发射进行新生儿听力初筛结果。方法:采用畸变产物耳声发射对1576例NICU及545例产科病房的新生儿进行听力初筛。结果:正常新生儿初筛通过率85.14%,NICU筛查通过率为56.28%。结论:NICU筛查结果受多种因素影响,如疾病、测试环境、性别等。在畸变产物耳声发射筛查中及时认识这些因素,有利于提高筛查成功率。Objective：To analyze the NICU and the maternity ward for newborn hearing screening results of distortion product otoacoustic emission. Methods： Used distortion product otoacoustie emissions in 1576 cases of NICU and 545 cases of obstetric ward of newborn heating screening. Results ：The pass rate of normal neonatal screening was 85.14% ,the pass rate of NICU screening was 56.28%. Conclusion： NICU screening results are affected by many factors, such as disease, test environment, gender etc. In the screening of timely understanding of these factors of distortion product otoacoustic emission,improve the success rate of screening.
