摘 要:首次提出以硫铝酸盐水泥-铝酸盐水泥-石膏三元复合体系配制超早强灌浆材料,并从宏观、微观两方面较系统地研究了早强促凝组分对该体系的促进作用、形成机理和可行性。结果表明:早强促凝组分对该体系起关键促进作用,早强组分起辅助作用;在早强促凝组分的促进作用下,该体系浆体2 h抗压强度可达33.2 MPa、抗折强度可达11.0 MPa,后期强度稳步增长;经实践该体系辅以多种助剂和石英砂可配制出2 h抗压强度达40 MPa以上的超早强材料。该体系的成功应用拓展了超早强材料的使用范围。Super high-early-strength grouting material was first produced using ternary complex system of sulphoaluminate cement,aluminate cement and gypsum. The promoter action,formation mechanism and feasibility of early strength procoagulant component on the system were systematically studied from macroscopic and microscopic respects. The results show that early strength procoagulant component and early strength component respectively play key promoter and auxiliary role on the system. The compressive strength of 2 h is up to 33.2 MPa,fracture strength reaches 11.0 MPa,and the late strength steadily increases under the promoter action of early strength procoagulant component. Super high-early-strength material can be produced by adding a variety of additives and quartz sand,and the compressive strength of 2 h can reach more than 40 MPa. The successful application of the system will expand the use range of super high-early-strength material.
