摘 要:研究了水库淤泥混合料烧结制砖的焙烧性能,并对焙烧后的试件进行XRD和SEM分析。研究发现,随着烧成温度升高,各组混合料的烧成收缩率均增大,吸水率均降低。XRD和SEM分析表明:随着烧成温度升高,水库淤泥混合料试样中石英的生成量变化不明显,莫来石的生成量明显增加;颗粒原始形貌逐渐消失,颗粒逐渐熔融连成一体,整体结构不断致密;兴宁合水水库和深圳石岩水库淤泥试件的烧成收缩率较大,易使制品产生裂纹;掺入煤矸石和泥岩均可降低烧成收缩率;掺入炉渣使烧成收缩率增大;混合料的烧成温度范围均较宽,不会对焙烧操作造成影响。In this paper, the roasting property of bricks sintering by reservoir silt mixture was systematically studied. The specimens after roasting were tested by XBR and SEM. The results showed that as the firing temperature of mixtures increased, the shrinkage rate became bigger but water absorption rate became smaller. XRD and SEM tests show that:as the firing temperature of mixtures increased,the formation of quartz in the reservoir silt mixture sample did not change significantly,while the formation of mullite was significantly increased;original particle morphology disappeared gradually, and melt together into integrity. The overall structure is becoming dense. It found that the specimens making by Xingning Heshui reservoir silt and Shenzhen Shiyan reservoir silt had bigger firing shrinkage rate,which lead the cracks come into being. Adding coal gangue or mudstone could decrease the firing s.hrinkage rate;while adding slag could increase the firing shrinkage rate;the firing temperature range of different mixtures were all wide,and had little influence on roasting operation.
