摘  要:近年来,国外各石油工具公司相继开发了专用于水平井多级滑套分段压裂作业的尾管悬挂器,并进行了大规模的现场推广应用。结合水平井多级滑套分段压裂作业的工艺需求,对其专用悬挂器进行了分析,介绍了双向锚定技术、高压封隔技术、旋转送入技术及插入锁紧技术等4项关键技术,对悬挂器卡瓦、封隔器胶筒技术和坐封技术、液压丢手机构及回插装置等进行了深入讨论。在此基础上开发了用于水平井多级滑套分段压裂作业的专用悬挂器,并在红河油田进行了4口井的现场应用,取得了良好的应用效果。最后对分段压裂专用悬挂器的功能完善和技术改进提出了建议。In recent years foreign companies of petroleum tools have developed the liner hangers specially used in the horizontal hole multistage sliding sleeve staged fracturing and the large-scale field application of the hangers have been conducted. The special hanger was analyzed referring to the technological requirement of the horizontal hole multistage sliding sleeve staged fracturing. Four key technologies were analyzed, including two-way anchoring technology, high-pressure packing technology, rotary feeding technology, and insertion locking technology. The discussion focuses on hanger slips, packer rubber technology, setting technology, hydraulic release mechanism and tie-back assembly. Based on this, a special hanger for the horizontal hole multistage sliding sleeve staged fracturing was developed. The field application was conducted in four wells in Honghe Oilfield and the desirable effect was a- chieved. Finally, the suggestion for the improvement of the hanger was offered.
