Effects of Different Concentrations of Emamectin-benzoate and Chlorpyrifos on Microbial Biomass and Respiratory Intensity in Soil

摘  要:通过研究不同浓度甲维盐.毒死蜱下土壤微生物量碳、氮、磷含量和呼吸强度的变化,探讨了甲维盐.毒死蜱对土壤微生物代谢活性的影响。结果表明:甲维盐.毒死蜱使土壤微生物的代谢活性发生了明显变化。不同浓度的甲维盐.毒死蜱对微生物量碳、微生物量氮影响显著,但对微生物量磷影响不显著。甲维盐.毒死蜱在一定程度上抑制了土壤微生物的呼吸作用,显著降低了土壤代谢熵。The effects of emamectin-benzoate and chlorpyrifos on metabolic activity of microbe in soil were studied through investigating the changes in contents of microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus (C, N and P) and respiratory intensity of microbe in soil with different concentrations of emamectin-benzoate and chlorpyrifos. The results showed that emamectin-benzoate and chlorpyrifos obviously changed metabolic activity of microbe in soil; different concentrations of emamectin-benzoate and chlorpyrifos had significant influences on contents of microbial biomass C and N, but had non-significant influence on content of microbial biomass P. Therefore, emamectin-benzoate and cblorpyrifos inhibits the respiration of microbe in soil to a certain extend and reduces the soil metabolic entropy (qCO2) significantly.
