摘　　要：目的探讨中空加压螺钉内固定治疗距骨粉碎性骨折的可行性及临床疗效。方法对12例距骨粉碎性骨折行切开复位中空加压螺钉内固定术。结果所有患者术后随访12～36个月,平均20个月。11例患者愈合良好,无严重并发症。1例出现距骨坏死。按AO-FAS足部评分标准,功能优良率为91.7%。结论中空加压螺钉内固定是治疗距骨粉碎性骨折的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness and feasibility of cannulated screw fixation for comminuted talus fracture. Methods A total of 12 cases of comminuted talus fractures were treated by cannutated screw fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 12 to 36 months （mean 20 months）. Eleven cases were healed, and no serious complications occurred. One case had necrosis of talus. The excellent and good rate of function was 91.7% according to American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society score. Conclusion The cannulated screw fixation is effective method for comminuted talus fracture.
