摘  要:以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、阳离子染料可染改性聚酯(CDP)为原料,利用复合纺牵联合设备,一步法制备了PET/CDP混纤牵伸丝;采用声速法、差示扫描量热法等测试手段,对纤维的性能进行研究。结果表明:在主要工艺条件不变的条件下,随着第一热盘速度的提高,纤维的声速取向因子和声速模量下降,纤维的结晶度下降;随着第一热盘速度的提高,纤维的断裂强度下降,断裂伸长率增加,而沸水收缩率则略有上升;针对PET、CDP 2种聚合物性能的不同,纺丝牵伸工艺条件的优化选择,应以满足CDP的条件为主,兼顾PET的特性。Based on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and cationic dyeable polyester (CDP), one - step PET/CDP composite FDY was obtained by spinning and drafting integrated system. Sound velocity method and different scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to investigate the properties of the yarns. The experimental results showed that when the speed of GRI increased, the crystallinity, the breaking strength, the sound velocity oriental factor and modulus decreased, while the breaking elongation of the fibers obviously increased under the same conditions, and the boiling water shrinkage of the fibers increased slightly. According to the difference of the properties between PET and CDP, the process optimization for the spinning and drafting preferably meet the need of the CDP, and PET was also considered at the same time.
