摘  要:采用不同投料比,制备了一系列具有不同取代度的马来酸酯淀粉,通过测试浆液黏度、浆膜性能、黏附性及退浆性,以评价马来酸酐酯化对淀粉浆料性能的影响;并通过与酸解淀粉(HS)及醋酸酯淀粉(AS)的对比,来评估马来酸酯淀粉MAS在经纱上浆中的使用性能。结果表明:马来酸酐酯化能够有效增加淀粉浆膜的断裂伸长和断裂功,提高对涤纶及棉纤维的黏附性,改善退浆性。当变性程度相近时,马来酸酯淀粉浆料的使用性能优于醋酸酯淀粉。从黏附性、浆膜性能、反应效率等方面综合考虑,用于涤纶经纱上浆的马来酸酯淀粉,其取代度以0.036为宜。A series of maleic anhydride esterified starch (MAS) with different degrees of substitution (DS) were prepared by varying ratios of raw materials and the impact of esterifying modification on the properties of the esterified starch was evaluated through testing the viscosity of sizing liquor, property of size film, adhesion-to-fiber, and desizability. Its warp sizing properties were compared with those of hydrolyzed starch (HS) and acetate starch (AS). The results showed that the esterification of maleic anhydride significantly increases the breaking elongation and work-to-break of the size film, enhances the adhesion to cotton and polyester, and improves the desizability. MAS outperforms AS under the condition similar to DS. MAS with a DS of 0. 036 is suitable for warp sizing of polyester when adhesion, size film property and sizing percentage are considered as a whole.
