摘 要:为解决织造过程中常出现的设备丢产、虚产,监控系统异常,以及人为估产等现实问题,对产生问题的原因进行归类和分析。依据调研数据,提出一种基于模糊综合评价的制造过程异常事件预警方法。在原有车间监控系统的基础上,依据预警方法构建了一个系统模型,并研发了相应的异常事件预警子系统。详细介绍了异常事件的分析与处理过程、系统的核与核度理论的应用方法。实践证明,设计方案能准确地对生产过程中的异常事件进行实时预警,可保证整个生产过程的连续性,达到高效管理的目的。To solve the actual problems existing frequently in the weaving process, i.e. lost yield or virtual yield or the device, abnormal monitoring system, manual yield estimation, etc. , the reasons of these problems were classified and analyzed. Then, through survey data, an unusual event warning method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed for the weaving process. A system model was built by all of the existing monitoring systems, and the corresponding abnormal warning subsystem was developed. Meanwhile, analysis and processing process of abnormal events, and application method of system coritivity theory were introduced in detail. As proved by application that the design program can accurately warn abnormal events in the weaving, ensure the continuity of the entire production process, and acheive the goal that is to strengthen management and promote efficiency.
