摘　　要：目的:分析微量注射泵质控检测过程中发现的问题,总结检测和使用微量注射泵的经验,为临床安全、合理的使用提供建议。方法:通过对4个品牌、41台微量注射泵连续2 a质控检测,结合检测过程中发现的各种问题,归纳产生问题的原因和处理方法。结果:流量合格率为94%,阻塞报警压力(低挡)合格率为45.5%,其他参数合格。结论:微量注射泵的定期质控检测、完善监控体系和人员的责任意识是临床使用安全的保障。Objective To analyze the problems of syringe pump in quality control tests, summarize experience of syringe pump test and application, and provide practical suggestions on safety and proper use of syringe pump in medical treatment. Methods The reasons and resolve methods were summed up respectively through 2-year sustained quality control test of 41 syringe pumps of 4 brands on the basis of problem occurred in the process of quality control test. Results Qualified rate of the flow was 94%, and qualified rate of block-alarming pressure （low level） was 45.5%, and other parameters were all qualified. Conolusion Regular quality control test, improving supervision system and increasing user consciousness of obligation, will be the guarantee for safe application of syringe pump in medical treatment.
