摘　　要：通过对煤炭企业逆向物流研究对象的分析,归纳总结逆向物流特点,从影响煤炭企业逆向物流能力的行业特点、技术、管理等因素出发,构建煤炭企业逆向物流系统评价指标体系,为煤炭企业逆向物流评价工作的后续开展提供前提保障。In this paper, we analyzed and summarized the characteristics of the reverse logistics of the coal enterprises as well as the factors of industrial characteristic, technology and management that influenced the reverse logistics capabilities of the enterprises, and established the corresponding evaluation index system, thus providing bases for evaluation of reverse logistics of the coal enterprises in the future.
