摘　　要：针对目前城市与企业物流配送中心之间的定位不相匹配和成本过高问题建立了以成本最小化为目的的定位模型,并以某企业为研究对象,运用该定位模型将企业物流配送中心的个数与城市位置匹配定量化,最后通过实例验证了结果的有效性。In view of the mismatching of urban and enterprise logistics distribution centers and their high operatonal cost, we established a positioning model aimed at the minimization of the cost and then in the case of a certain enterprise, applied this model to quantify the number and urban positions of the logistics and distributiion centers of the enterprise. At the end, we used an empirical analysis to verify the validity of the model.
