摘 要:在运输服务供应链中,由于需求的不确定性,不仅托运人的托运承诺时间对运输服务供应链的决策产生影响,而且随着需求信息的不断更新,托运人对需求信息的掌握程度也对运输服务供应链的决策产生影响。基于外部定价和承运人定价,考虑了不同承诺时间内需求信息更新的情况,建立了运输服务供应链优化决策模型。通过模型计算结果发现:无论是外部确定运价还是承运人确定运价,承运人总希望提早承诺,而托运人总是希望延迟承诺;在外部确定运价情形下,提早承诺和延迟承诺对运输服务供应链是否有利,则与运价有关,在运价转低时,延迟承诺对运输服务供应链有利,而运价较高,则提早承诺对其有利,在承运人确定运价情形下,延迟承诺情形下的运输服务供应链收益大于提早承诺时的运输服务供应链的收益。In this paper, based on external pricing and cartier pricing, we considered the updating of demand information within different commitment periods, established the optimized decision model for the supply chain and, through calculation, found that whether the transportation price was decided on externally or by the carrier, the carrier always wished to commit in advance while the consignor always chose to postpone; where the price was determined externally, whether committing in advance or postponing the commitment was favorable for the service supply chain was relevant to the transportation price: when the price was low, postponed commitment was favorable for it and if the price was high, then early commitment was more favorable; and when the price was determined by the carrier, the service supply chain would enjoy more benefit when the commitment was made later than earlier.
