摘 要:结合制造企业特点对供应链物流能力进行了分析,构建了供应链物流能力评价体系,包括供应物流能力、生产物流能力、销售物流能力和组织管理能力四个层面。利用粗糙集理论的属性重要性确定子层面指标的权系数,并根据模糊理论中的隶属度函数确定指标隶属等级的矩阵,针对该矩阵,结合熵理论确定供应链物流能力四层面的综合权系数,以此作为评价标准,实现指标的量化。最后运用建立的指标体系和改进的评价方法对制造业的供应链物流能力进行研究,证实了该方法的有效性。In this paper, in connection with the characteristics of the manufacturing enterprises, we analyzed the logistics capacity of their supply chains and established its evaluation system which included the four layers of supply logistics capacity, production logistics capacity, sales logistics capacity and organizational management capacity. Then using the attribute importance of the rough set theory, we determined the weight coefficient of the indexe~ ~on the sub-layers and, according to the membership function of the fuzzy theory, obtained the membership matrix of the indexes. Then in light of such matrix and in connection with the entropy theory, we determined the comprehensive weight coefficients of the four layers of the logistics capacity of the supply chains and with these as the baseline, quantified the indexes. At the end we applied the index system established and the evaluation method improved and validated their effectiveness.
