摘 要:以聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL,Mn=1000)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL,Mn=1000)作为软段制备得到了一系列不同软段的水性聚氨酯纸张表面施胶液,通过傅里叶红外(IR)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和热失重分析等方法研究了聚合物的构性关系;比较了PCDL型施胶液与PCL型施胶液对于提高纸张物理性能的差异。结果表明,当n(NCO)/n(OH)=1.6,m(DMPA)=9.25%时,乳液粒径在70~100nm之间,乳液透明稳定;原子力显微镜表明PCL型涂膜表面较PCDL型涂膜平整;热失重结果表明PCDL型涂膜热稳定性优于PCL型涂膜。对比施胶后纸张各项性能发现,PCDL型施胶液耐折度高,PCL型施胶液湿强度高。A series of paper surface sizing agent of water borne polyurethane which have Different flexible segment were successfully prepared by using polytetrahydrofuran (PTMG1000)and polycaprolactone diols (PCL1000), Fourier transform infared spectrometer (FTIR), atomic force microscope(AFM) and thermogravimetr-y analysis(TGA) were used to characterize the structure of the polymer; PCDL-type facilities glue, PCL-type facilities glue for paper folding endurance and wet strength were systematically studied. The results showed that the emulsions were stable and transparent and the emulsion particle size ranges from 70nm to 100 nm when n(NCO)/n (OH)= 1.6, m (DMPA)= 9.25% the atomic force microscope indicated that PCL type surface film more smoothness compared to the PCDL type films ;TG showed that PCDL type films thermal sta- bility better than PCL type films. Compared with the performance after the paper sizing discovered that PCDL type sizing agent have high folding endurance and PCL type sizing agent have high wet strength.
