摘 要:气水冲洗滤池(V型滤池)的设计、施工安装和运行管理技术已十分成熟,但有些设计还存在一定问题,导致滤池调试麻烦、运行不正常、投资偏高,问题主要体现在滤池规模、滤速选择、冲洗方式和阀门选择上,另外也可通过取消每格滤池小出水堰、控制滤池单边宽度、按流速选定出水调节阀口径并适当减小一级或二级、扫洗孔中心标高宜稍高于排水槽堰口等,来确保滤池设计的经济技术最优.Although the design, construction and operation management of air-water washing filter (V-filter) are already quite mature, some problems about choosing filter scale, filtration velocity, wash-ing mode and valves still exist, causing troubles of commissioning, abnormal running and higher invest-ment. It is ensured that the design of filter can achieve optimal economy and technology, by the methods of canceling small effluent weir of each grid of filter, controlling unilateral width of filter, reducing one or two levels of the effluent regulating valve' s caliber selected by the flow velocity, setting the height of the washing hole' s centre above the weir mouth of drainage trough slightly.
