摘 要:目的研究内皮细胞标记物(CD34)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白在肝细胞腺瘤(hepatocellular adenoma,HA)与甲胎蛋白(AFP)阴性肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中的免疫组化表达情况,探讨CD34、PCNA在HA与AFP阴性HCC中表达的差异性。方法分别采用免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)SP两步法染色,观察HA与AFP阴性HCC中CD34、PCNA的蛋白表达情况并进行对比。结果 16例HA中CD34与PCNA均呈现低表达,80例AFP阴性HCC中CD34与PCNA均呈现高表达。其中,CD34表达的平均秩次值分别为26.97和52.81,AFP阴性HCC中CD34的阳性表达高于HA,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。PCNA表达的平均秩次值分别为14.22和55.36,AFP阴性HCC中PCNA的阳性表达明显高于HA,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CD34与PCNA在HA与AFP阴性HCC中表达差异显著,可以为两类疾病的鉴别诊断提供分子生物学依据。Objective To detect the expression of CD34,PCNA in the hepatocellular adenoma (HA) and hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC ) with negative alpha fetal protein (AFP) and discuss the expression differences of CD3g, PCNA between HA and AFP negative HCC. Methods Immunohistochemistry ( IHC) SP two-step staining was used respectively to observe the expression of CD34 and PC- NA protein in the tissue of HA and AFP negative HCC. Results In 16 cases of HA, CD34 and PCNA showed low expression. CD34 and PCNA showed high expression in the 80 cases of AFP negative HCC. Among them', the mean rank values of CD34 expression were 26. 97 and 52.81, the CD34 positive expression of AFP negative HCC was higher than HA, P 〈 0.01. The mean rank values of PCNA expression were 14. 22 and 55.36, the PCNA positive expression of AFP negative HCC was higher than HA, P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion The expression differences of CD3g and PCNA in HA and AFP negative HCC contribute to the differential diagnosis of the two diseases.
