摘 要:为了解决装备数据样本较少时进行保障性评估出现的难题,结合灰色关联分析法对样本数量要求不高和数据包络分析法(DEA)具有很强客观性的特点,建立了灰色关联赋权值DEA模型,并利用真实数据进行了装备保障性评估.评估结果表明该方法不仅克服了多个决策单元DEA同时有效的失常情况,而且降低了传统DEA模型对数据样本数量的需求.这为不同规模的装备保障性评估提供了参考.To overcome the problem of assessing the supportability while the equipment data samples being fewer, this paper sets up a DEA model with grey correlation weighting, combined with the features that grey correlation analysis dose not require highly for the quantity of samples and the data envelope analysis (DEA) is of stronger objectivity, and carries out the assessment of equipment supportability by using the real data. Assessment results indicate that this method can not only get over the abnormal case of the DEA of multiple decision-making units being effective simultaneously, but also lowering the requirement of conventional DEA models for the quantity of data samples.
