摘　　要：介绍一起电厂启备变电能计量回路错误接线故障,通过分析给出改进建议,以防止类似故障再发生。根据这次故障暴露出的问题,提出克服现场校验小负荷表计与校验时间矛盾的解决办法,使电能表现场检验工作更具可操作性,更好地为电网安全运行提供服务。An incorrect connection fault in the power energy measuring circuit of startup transformer in a power plant is introduced. After analysis modification suggestions are proposed to prevent such fault. According to problems found in the fault, solution to overcome paradox between field verification of low load meter and verification time is proposed, which can make filed verification of energy meter more operable and provide better service for security operation of power grid.
