摘 要:以500 kV南宁区域电网控制中心为例,介绍了电压自动控制系统(以下简称AVC系统)的原理结构、控制功能和控制策略,并提出了南宁区控AVC系统开发设计的思路和原则。AVC系统与OPEN3000系统一体化设计,利用SCADA系统采集的实时数据,通过SCADA系统的遥控功能实现对南宁区控所辖厂站投切的电容器、电抗器进行闭环控制,确保所辖厂站母线电压合格。南宁区控AVC系统投运后,在提高运行工作效率、电网安全可靠性和系统电能质量方面效果显著,具有良好的应用前景。The 500 kV Nanning regional power grid control center is taken as an example to introduce the principle constructer, control function and control strategy of automatic voltage control system (AVC). The development and design idea and principle for Nanning regional AVC system are proposed. The AVC system and OPEN3000 system are designed integrated, and the real-time data from SCADA system are used and the close loop control to capacitors and reactors switched by Nanning regional control center is realized by the remote control function of SCADA system which guarantee the qualification of bus voltage of controlled substation. Great improvement has been achieved in the operation efficiency, security and reliability of power grid and power quality after the operation of AVC system in Nanning regional control center, which has great application aspects.
