摘　　要：目的通过实施预住院管理,有效干预控制医疗费用过快增长,体现公立医院公益性。方法乳腺纤维腺瘤患者实行预住院管理模式前后各项指标对比研究。结果实施预住院管理后患者平均术前天数、平均住院日、均次费用明显下降。结论实施预住院管理能有效缩短平均住院日,达到降低患者医疗费用,加快医院床位周转,降低医疗成本的目的,有利于医院公益性回归。Objective： To control overgrowth of medical expense and promote public welfare of public hospitals through pre-hospital management. Methods： Comparative study of patients with breast fibroadenoma before and after pre-hospital management. Results： Pre-hospital management significantly reduced average pre-operative waiting period, average hospital stay and average medical expense. Conclusion： Pre-hospital management is able to effectively reduce hospital stay and medical expense and accelerate bed turnover to realize the goal of reducing medical cost and promoting public welfare of hospitals.
