城镇社区老年人医疗机构选择的影响因素分析

摘　　要：近年来,老龄化问题已成为影响我国经济和社会发展的重要因素,由于老年人的生活品质不断提高以及对自身健康的日益重视,他们的"趋高就医"现象越来越受到社会关注。文章通过对浙江省台州市黄岩区社区老年人医疗机构选择行为的调查分析,了解该区社区老年居民的择医状况,找出影响社区老年人医疗机构选择行为的因素,提出有利于提高该区社区老年人健康的建议,为制定老年人医疗保健措施、卫生服务管理与决策等提供依据。Ageing population has become an important determinant of China＇s socioeconomic development in recent years. With improved life quality and growing health awareness, senior residents tend to pursue medical services in high-quality medical institutions, which has raised more and more social attention. The paper investigated and analyzed the selection of medical institutions among senior community residents in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province to study the care-seeking behavior of senior community residents and influence factors. The paper puts forward recommendations to improve health of senior residents, providing reference for related health promotion planning, health service management and decision-making.
